Volunteer Registration

Join us for a day or the whole weekend as a volunteer! Each year our event is only made possible by the hard work of our Volunteers. There are over 200 volunteer positions and hundreds of volunteer hours that go into our event.

Please consider donating your valuable time and talents in exchange for a minimum volunteer shift of 4 hours, you will receive admission to the games!

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

The individual named in this registration hereby agrees for itself, its successors and assignees, to indemnity and hold harmless the Prescott Highland Games & Celtic Faire, Prescott Area Celtic Society, and the City of Prescott, its agents, representatives, successors, and assignees from all liability, claims, suits or any other action for personal injuries, including death, and damages to property, real or personal, caused by individual, and/or acts or omissions of the Prescott Area Celtic Society, arising out of individual’s involvement in the Prescott Highland Games & Celtic Faire, and The City of Prescott, and from all judgements and cost incurred in relation to said claims and suits; and from all expenses incurred in defending said claims or suits.

PHOTO RELEASE:

The undersigned hereby gives consent to the Prescott Highland Games & Celtic Faire to take photographs, audio recordings, and/or video graphs of myself and/or my organization during the Highland Games and to use such photographs, audio recordings, and/or video graphs for such promotion, publicity of other lawful purposes as the Prescott Highland Games & Celtic Faire deems appropriate.
